The Fish’s Last Breath

Posted by eastwoldblog on May 10, 2011

The smell of icy water,

The creek of the boat floor,

Crashing waves like an angry bull,

Whales fins lifting graciously in the breeze.

Dark fumes rising,

A fish’s last breath.

Dolphins squirming the net,

Screaming Tuna.

Ripping flesh,

Mouths slow devouring,

Throwing the remains away

Again, again, again…
